Requirements
Trade tested in Fitting and Turning
• Minimum of 5 years post apprenticeship experience
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act
• Supervisory Skills
• Valid code 08 driver’s license
• Must be physically fit and able bodied
• Compulsory to work after hours and weekends
• Compulsory stand by duties

Key Performance Areas
Fabricating with ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
• Machining of components using lathe and milling machines.
• Routine inspections and maintenance to machine shop
machinery.
• Manage workflow via SAP and preparing Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Ensure compliance to OHSACT requirements and related internal
safety controls
• Coaching and mentoring of junior staff including
Apprentices
