REQUIREMENTS:

  • A National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources Management.
  • The disclosure of a valid unexpired driver’s license.
    Extensive working knowledge of PERSAL.
  • Knowledge of the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations and relevant Policies.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, basic financial management and knowledge of PFMA.
  • Disciplinary knowledge of Human Resources, Problem solving and Analysis

DUTIES:

  • Facilitate the implementation of human resource policies and procedures, Supervise the implementation and
    maintenance of human resource administration and/ or human resource provisioning (including leave and Pilir).
  • Provide human resource information services and records management services (HR Registry) and health and wellness programme.
  • Provide support on human resource administration enquiries, Contribute to the development and
    implementation of Human Resource Plans
