REQUIREMENTS:
- A National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification.
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources Management.
- The disclosure of a valid unexpired driver’s license.
Extensive working knowledge of PERSAL. - Knowledge of the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations and relevant Policies.
- Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, basic financial management and knowledge of PFMA.
- Disciplinary knowledge of Human Resources, Problem solving and Analysis
DUTIES:
- Facilitate the implementation of human resource policies and procedures, Supervise the implementation and
maintenance of human resource administration and/ or human resource provisioning (including leave and Pilir). - Provide human resource information services and records management services (HR Registry) and health and wellness programme.
- Provide support on human resource administration enquiries, Contribute to the development and
implementation of Human Resource Plans
